Browse verified suppliers and products, checking the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and wholesale price tiers listed on every product page. Some listings are from Company Brand sellers, which need a one-time, admin-reviewed access request per seller before you can buy from them.

Add products to your cart at the listed price, or send an RFQ (Request for Quotation) to a supplier to negotiate bulk pricing directly through the platform.

Pay by bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, cash on delivery (where eligible), or Net credit terms if you're a verified buyer with an approved credit limit.

Track your order from My Orders. If anything arrives damaged, note it on the delivery slip, photograph it, and raise a return claim within 24 hours for a pickup, refund, or replacement.

Apply through the INDOR Seller Center with your business registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, and the owner's identity document.

Our team reviews your documents and business details. Approved sellers receive a verified badge, which builds trust with buyers browsing the marketplace.

Add your products with clear pricing in NPR (VAT-inclusive), a stated minimum order quantity (MOQ), and wholesale price tiers for bulk buyers.

Respond to buyer RFQs with your best bulk pricing, and confirm incoming orders from your seller dashboard.

Dispatch confirmed orders and keep buyers updated. If a delivery is disputed, it's handled through the platform's standard returns process.

Receive settlement via bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, or agreed credit terms, according to your regular payment schedule.
