Is IndorMart open to the general public?

No. IndorMart is a strictly B2B (business-to-business) platform. Only verified and registered businesses can access the platform and place orders.

What documents do I need to register?

Business registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, owner's citizenship/identity document, and a valid business email and phone number.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Each supplier sets their own MOQ. You can find it clearly listed on every product page before placing an order.

Can I negotiate pricing with suppliers?

Yes. You can send an RFQ (Request for Quotation) directly to any supplier through the platform for bulk pricing negotiation.

How do I pay for orders?

We accept bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, cash on delivery (for eligible orders), and Net credit terms for verified buyers with approved credit limits.

What if my goods arrive damaged?

Note the damage on the delivery slip before signing, photograph the items, and raise a return claim within 24 hours through My Orders. We will arrange free pickup and a full refund or replacement.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, you must follow the returns process. For custom/bulk manufactured orders, cancellation terms are set per supplier agreement.

Are all suppliers inside the indor market building?

All listed suppliers are verified members of the IndorMart indor marketplace. Physical stalls are located within the building for direct in-person visits and same-day pickup.

How long does refund take?

Refunds are processed within 24 hours (platform wallet) to 7 working days (bank transfer) depending on your payment method.
