Platform Access — B2B OnlyIndorMart is exclusively for registered businesses. No consumer/retail purchases are permitted. By accessing this platform, you certify that you are a registered business entity.
Eligibility
- Must be a legally registered business (PAN/VAT preferred)
- Must complete KYC verification before transacting
- Must be an authorized representative of your business
- Must comply with minimum order quantities (MOQ) per supplier
Supplier Rules
- All listings must be accurate and up to date
- Prices in NPR inclusive of VAT
- MOQ must be clearly stated
- Counterfeit or prohibited products are strictly banned
Buyer Rules
- Confirmed orders are binding purchase agreements
- Payment terms must be honoured
- Bulk cancellations must follow the cancellation policy
Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresenting business identity
- Using the platform for retail (B2C) transactions
- Posting fake listings or fraudulent trade information
- Bypassing platform payment systems
- Any activity violating laws of Nepal
Disputes & Liability
Disputes
Disputes must first be raised through our B2B Dispute Centre. Unresolved cases go to arbitration under Nepali law.
Liability
IndorMart acts as a marketplace facilitator only. We are not a party to buyer-supplier transactions. Our liability is limited to platform service fees paid.
