About the Role

High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship. INDOR is a fast-growing B2B marketplace and wholesale platform dedicated to connecting suppliers, businesses, and buyers across Nepal through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support SEO, website optimization, and content marketing initiatives.
• Help create engaging social media content, captions, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Assist in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with designers and management on marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, IT or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, branding and online business growth.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and content writing skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
